Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical support
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex problems
  • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Escalate issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction


  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
