Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up sales opportunities for our account executives.


  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and conduct initial outreach
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and sales meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and opportunities in CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates
  • Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales development or lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone presence and persuasive abilities
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus commission
